    Year 4 have been investigating circuits in both Science and DT this week. They have discovered that circuits need a battery, wires and a component such as a bulb to work. They have been able to identify why a circuit won't work. So that they can make a torch in a few weeks they have explored materials that could make a switch. In Spanish, they have learned the months of the year.

    In preparation for SATS next week, we have spent this week doing last minute revision to help everyone feel as prepared as possible.  It has been an intense term for the children so far and we are really proud of how well they have coped.  In science, we have been looking at what inheritance and adaptation mean and how we inherit characteristics from our parents.  In topic, we are looking at the weather and climate of Scandinavia.
