E-Safety
What is e-safety?
e-safety is a term which means not only the internet but other ways in which you, as young people, communicate using electronic media, e.g. mobile phones. It helps you to understand the importance of protecting yourself from harm and means that you can use new and developing technologies without risk to yourself or others.
The aim of promoting e-safety is to protect you from the consequences of access or use of electronic media, including from bullying, inappropriate behaviour or exploitation by other young people and adults.
The links below will help you to understand e-safety more and will give you some ways to protect yourself online.
