Year 6 News

We have had a really busy week settling in after the Christmas break and all the children seem refreshed and ready to go for another term. This week, we have started our new WWII topic. We have been learning about the different events that lead up to the start of the second world war ; in English, we have started our new writing genre using persuasive techniques to convince young soldiers to join the army.

As we move into this term, we just wanted to say that our PE days are Mondays and each week, children will be receiving a new spelling list. You can see this below.
