Year 6 news

This week has seen us do lots of writing including a set of instructions for an imaginary potion and a story about a magical girl and her feline friend. We have begun our new science topic looking at the human body🤢 and have continued learning about WW2 in topic. Some of us have had visits from the teachers at our new secondary schools which was very exciting! To help us with this transition we have had a worry workshop with the MHST visitors.

We have also had a visit from our local Police Community Support officer in addition to our DAaRT lessons to learn about risks and consequences in the community.

 

We look forward to our Albany Adventure on Friday!
