What a way to start the new term!  In preparation for our whole school trip to the theatre, we learnt about playscripts and how they are used, acted out parts from a Robin Hood play, explored different theatres from around the world and learnt about the history of pantomime and what to expect at the theatre.  We also completed a maths investigation where we planned a trip to the pantomime and worked out how much it would cost just to send Year 6! It was quite an eye-opener.  All this was followed by the amazing Robin Hood pantomime at the Theatre Royal.  It was a brilliant show and we all loved it.
