Year 5 News

In English this week we have been publishing our finished Snow Leopard stories.  Everyone has worked hard to write their own version of the Snow Leopard story written by Jackie Morris.  As usual in the final week, we have been focusing, exploring how beliefs are expressed in different religions.  In DT, we finished our moving toys and they look fantastic.  This can be a really tricky and frustrating topic that requires a lot of resilience and problems solving.  However, throughout the unit, it was so lovely to see the children working together to help each other and solve problems on their own.  

 

As it is half term, we will send the spellings home on the first Monday back.
