Year 5 News

Test week this week and the children really took the opportunity to show off what they have learnt with some amazing test scores. On Monday they used their orienteering skills with Mr Riley, using teamwork to find points on a map of the school grounds. Pobble this week was a letter to Sir Keir Starmer explaining the effects of deforestation. The week ended with Spanish and learning different family members and their personalities, also there were some real standout players during our hockey lesson. Butterfly House trip on Monday, everyone in school uniform please, really looking forward to exploring the different tropical biomes.
