Year 5 News

Fabulous week in year 5 this week. We have smashed our rainforest non chorological reports in English and made real progress when moving onto learning the area in compound shapes in Maths. It was very interesting watching the classes teamwork in P.E with problem solving tasks and working out our school carbon footprint in our 'Go Zero' lesson. The highlight of the week was very close between World Book Day on Thursday and Science day on Friday, with the children enjoying and participating excellently in both.

Our spellings will be the same as last week due to World book day and Science day interrupting the schedule
