Year 5 News

How are we nearly at the end of term? 

 

This year has absolutely flown by and we have had a fantastic time. This week, we have been busy finishing our sequels to the Snow Leopard and finishing our maths units.  In music, we had a brilliant lesson taking part in African drumming.  At first, some struggled to find the right rhythm but by the end it was sounding brilliant and we even had four different tunes working together.  It was awesome!  In science, we completed three different experiments to separate materials using the knowledge we gained from our lessons over the term.  

 

As next week is the final week, we will not be sending home spellings.
