Year 5 Latest News

In RE this week, we have found out about the work of inspirational people such as Mother Theresa and Martin Luther King. We thought about their qualities and why they had such an impact on the lives of so many people. We used Martin Luther King's 'I have a dream' speech and created our own, thinking about our own hopes and dreams. There were so many excellent and thoughtful ideas! After completing our sculptures last week, we have evaluated our work, reflecting on the things that went well and how we could make changes. They look great!

 

Well done for such a brilliant start to Year 5. Enjoy the half term break.
