Year 4 News

This week in Maths, we have been looking at fractions greater than a whole, and have been comparing and ordering them. In English, we have finished writing our own stories about a second adventure for our character Marcy and have edited and published them. Next week, we will start a new unit on writing an advert for Mayan Chocolate, which will fit in with our trip to Cadbury's World on Tuesday. In our Mayan's Topic, we have been learning what daily life was like for the Mayans and have been comparing it to life today and in Science, we have looked at classifying animals based on their characteristics and have created flow diagrams with key questions based on these.
