Year 4 News

This week has been jam packed with assessments and the children have tried really hard with these. We are ready to begin our English, Spellings and Maths lessons next week. We have checked up the mummifying tomatoes and have learned more about hieroglyphs writing/ drawing on papyrus paper- which we learned was a plant that grows by the River Nile. In Science, we continued to learn about the digestive system and the functions of each of the organs involved. In Computing, children started their coding unit.

PE will continue to be on Tues and Wed when weather allows- please take out earrings and any hoop style earrings are not allowed as part of the uniform at anytime for health and safety reasons. Please make sure that correct PE uniform kit is worn.

Have a lovely weekend- not as sunny as last weekend 🙁!!!!!!!!
