Year 4 Class News

This week in Year 4 we have completed our Instructions in English on how to make an Egyptian-inspired cartouche, we have some lovely examples! In Maths, we have been placing values on number lines to 10,000 and comparing and ordering numbers to 10,000 in our place value unit. In Science, we have looked at animal digestion and completed a stomach in the bag experiment to understand the process of digestion more clearly. In Topic, we looked at the hierarchy in ancient Egyptian times from Pharaohs and nobles and scribes to farmers and slaves.  The spellings for next week are below. Enjoy your weekend.
