Year 3 News

Another busy week, in English, the children are really enjoying looking at Charlie and the Chocolate factory and planning and drafting their own versions of the golden ticket, they even wrote an independent write walking into the factory and describing what they saw. In Maths, children have been really showing off their shapes knowledge. In Science, they explored how light travels and got very excited watching the light appear when water was sprayed. In PE, we have continued to practice sports day events and work hard on our aiming skills in dodgeball. We hope have a nice weekend, here are next weeks spellings.
