Year 3 News

Don’t know quite how the first week has gone by so fast. The children have settled back in really well into the final term of Year 3. This week the highlight was going to the library, where children were read to and had a little quiz, some children will have come home with library card applications. In PE, we have done dodgeball and Athletics preparing us for sports day. In Maths, we have finished time and now started our topic on shapes. In English, the children finished their biography on Michael Faraday and they looked amazing, we have now started learning about Charlie and the Chocolate factory. In Topic, we have started to learn about Fairtrade and keep an eye out in the supermarkets for the logo. We hope you have a lovely weekend, here are next weeks spellings which will also be on edshed.
