Year 6 News

Well done to everyone on another fun-filled week! This week we have painted our Greek pots using traditional colours and geometric designs. We have published our Greek Myths which we are incredibly proud of. In maths we have been looking at different types of numbers including prime,  square and cube numbers and applying our knowledge of these to reasoning and problem-solving questions. Thank you to all of the adults who joined us for our grammar workshop, we hope you enjoyed experiencing our English learning. In topic we have learnt about the lasting Legacy of the Ancient Greeks and the achievements of Alexander the Great.

 

Next week we have a visit to the church for our Harvest Celebration - if there are any adults who are free to join us to walk down to church, we would greatly appreciate your help!
