Year 5 News

As usual, this term is flying by!  This week in English, we have been exploring playscripts and have had a go at performing one.  We have identified the different features and next week we will begin writing our own about Robin Hood.  In maths, we finished our unit on multiplication and division and are returning to fractions.  In Science, we learnt about asexual reproduction in plants and how a strawberry plant is quite special as it actually requires both asexual and sexual reproduction.  In History, we learnt about why William II was killed.
