Year 5 News

This week, we published our letters, concluding our work on persuasive writing.  In maths, we have been leaning how to divide by a one-digit number and interpreting remainders.  In history, we learnt about the Domesday Book and why it was significant.  In science, we learnt about how seeds are dispersed, learning about different methods such as wind and explosion.  During our Let's Go Zero session, we have started exploring carbon footprints and next week we will start collecting information about our own carbon footprint.
