Year 3 Class News

This week we had our mental health workshop on Tuesday, children were really getting involved in using techniques to support them through stressful times. We had a fantastic lesson in History looking at gladiators and the children were thrilled and surprised by what these men had to endure. We have now finished our division and multiplication unit with children achieving some great scores on the end of unit assessment and they have also really enjoyed writing their own ending to Black Rock in our independent write. They designed their Roman shields this weeks and conducted another experiment using magnets in science, looking at which metals are magnetic and which are not.
