Year 6 News

This week, some of the children spent 2 days at Friesland as part of their transition. Other visits will take place next week. In Science, we explored how cholesterol affects the blood flow in our arteries, using pipes, water, play dough and sponge. We found out how to get more good cholesterol in our diets too. We continued our sports day preparation with the long distance run, which required a lot of stamina during the 5 laps of the school grounds. 

 

We're looking forward to our river walk and our visit to the new cycle track on Monday.
